PITCHMAP is based on MSAP (Mixed-Signal Audio Processing) technology, which internally separates the input signal into individual sounds, including their harmonics and transients. This technique is true rocket science and uses perception and pattern recognition techniques that are also used in artificial intelligence applications.
PITCHMAP has a simple and intuitive interface, which consists of several modes. You can choose Map mode to create or load a pitch map for your audio, MIDI mode to play your melody or harmony on a MIDI Keyboard, Auto-Tune mode to automatically correct your audio’s tuning, or FX mode to apply different effects to your audio. You can also use the Randomize and Mutate functions to create random or variable combinations of effects.
PITCHMAP is compatible with various music production programs such as FL Studio, Ableton Live, Cubase and others. It supports VST, AU and AAX formats and runs on Mac OS X and Windows.
