Bagas31: Real Temp is a temperature monitoring program for Intel processors developed by TechPowerUp. It allows you to monitor the temperature of each processor core in relation to TJMax, which is the safe maximum operating temperature for the CPU. As the processor heats up, the distance to TJMax decreases. If it reaches zero, the processor will begin to reduce its frequency or speed, so increasing the distance from TJMax will help your computer run at full speed and more reliably.

Temperature reading. Real Temp reads temperature information from all Core-based Intel processors, including Core i3, i5, i7 and Xeon. Pentium 4 processors are not supported. You can see the current, minimum and maximum temperature of each core in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Real Temp Calibration Real Temp allows you to individually calibrate the program for each core of your processor. The program is based on temperature data collected using a Fluke 62 IR infrared thermometer. You can set a temperature offset for each core or use the auto calibration feature.
Sensor testing. Real Temp allows you to check your temperature sensors (DTS) for signs of problems. You can run a sensor test that will stress your processor and test its response to temperature changes. You can also see the difference between the core and case temperatures (Tcase).
Fast, accurate and repeatable benchmark. Real Temp allows you to quickly benchmark your processor using the built-in LoadTester program. You can select the number of cycles and load for each core. You can also see the benchmark results in the form of average frequency and temperature.
Display additional information. Real Temp shows additional information about your processor such as frequency, TJMax, CPUID, APIC ID and calibration parameters. You can also see the Intel PROCHOT# bit active, which indicates the processor is overheating and its frequency is decreasing.
High temperature alarm and shutdown. Real Temp allows you to set a high temperature alarm and shutdown your computer based on the temperature of your Nvidia CPU or GPU. You can select a temperature threshold and what action to take when it is exceeded, such as beeping, shutting down, or restarting the computer.
There is no need to install or modify the registry. Real Temp is a portable program that does not require installation or registry changes. You can run it from any media or folder. You can also customize the program using an INI file.
