Bagas31: PhonerLite is a Windows program that allows you to use your computer for Internet telephony (VoIP, voice over IP). To do this, you need a full-duplex sound card, a microphone and speakers (or headset), an Internet connection and an account from a provider that supports the SIP protocol. PhonerLite supports multiple SIP profiles, each of which can be configured independently. PhonerLite also supports modern encryption methods such as TLS, SRTP and ZRTP.
The program has a simple and user-friendly interface that makes it easy to make and receive calls. You can add contacts to your phone book, view the call and message log, set up call forwarding and statistics. You can also use the built-in text editor to send and receive short messages (SMS).

The program is a lightweight version of the Phoner application, with which it shares common code and a sipper.dll file. All VoIP settings are the same and can be exchanged between Phoner and PhonerLite without any conversion. If Phoner and PhonerLite are installed in the same directory, they use the same DLL and configuration file (sipper.ini). The main difference between PhonerLite and Phoner is a simpler interface and lower resource requirements. At the same time, PhonerLite does not have some of Phoner’s features, such as answering machine and Outlook synchronization.
The program is free and can be used, copied and distributed without any payment in private and commercial environments. But PhonerLite is not open source. More information about the license can be found here.
