Bagas31: Native Instruments Vintage Compressors is a Windows program that allows you to apply compression effects to audio signals using emulations of three classic compressors: Urei 1176, Teletronix LA2A and Dbx 160.

Program interface. Native Instruments Vintage Compressors have a simple and convenient interface, which consists of several elements: the plug-in window (contains a graphical image of the compressor and its parameters), the additional settings window (contains additional parameters for working with the compressor), the input and output level windows (shows the signal level before and after processing) and the reduction meter window (shows the degree of signal reduction by the compressor).
Application of compression. Native Instruments Vintage Compressors allow you to apply compression effects to audio signals using a variety of methods: manually (by entering compression parameters using a mouse or MIDI controller), automatically (using the Auto Gain function to automatically select the optimal output level), in parallel (using the Mix function to mix the processed and unprocessed signal) or sidechain (using the Sidechain function to apply compression on an external signal).
Compressor selection. Native Instruments Vintage Compressors allow you to choose one of three compressors to process the audio signal, depending on the desired result. The VC 76 is a fast and punchy FET compressor that is well suited for drums, vocals or stereo limiting. The VC 2A is a smooth and warm optical compressor that is well suited for vocals, bass, pads or guitar. The VC 160 is a bright and dirty VCA compressor that works well for kick, snare, bass or guitar.
Sound settings. Native Instruments Vintage Compressors allow you to customize the sound of the processed audio signal using various parameters: High Pass (allows you to filter low frequencies from the signal that goes to the compressor), Low Cut (allows you to filter low frequencies from the signal that goes to the sidechain), Detector ( allows you to select the type of detector to determine the signal level), Emphasis (allows you to add or remove emphasis on certain frequencies), etc.
Compatible with other programs. Native Instruments Vintage Compressors allow you to work collaboratively with other music production and processing programs, such as Cubase, Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton Live, and more. You can use plugins as inserts or sends on channels or groups, and automate compression parameters with using the host program.
