Bagas31: Aptana Studio is a free and open integrated development environment (IDE) for creating web applications in various programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, PHP and Python. Based on Eclipse, it supports HTML, CSS, DOM and JavaScript with code completion, outlining, JavaScript debugging, error and warning notifications and built-in documentation.
Additional plugins allow Aptana Studio to support Ruby on Rails, PHP, Python, Perl, Adobe AIR, Apple iPhone and Nokia WRT (Web Runtime). Aptana Studio is available as a standalone application for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, or as a plugin for Eclipse. Here is a brief description of the main features of Aptana Studio:

PHP support. You can set up multiple PHP projects with different server, interpreter and debugger settings. You can easily sort, filter, and search PHP code, and use various text formatting features, inserting images and attachments, and spelling and grammar checking while writing PHP code. You can also hyperlink classes, functions, and variables by hovering over the elements and pressing the Ctrl Key. You may also see PHPDoc popups when you hover over items that have documentation attached. You can also see read and write occurrences when you click on certain PHP elements.
Ruby on Rails support. You can develop Ruby on Rails applications using RadRails, an open source plugin for the Ruby on Rails framework. This includes: Integrated Ruby on Rails console, Installing and configuring default Ruby interpreter, database, and debugger, Code completion with type inference, Code hints for Ruby, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML inside RHTML files, Type hierarchy viewing, Navigation to ad, Call Hierarchy View, Full RDT Implementation (Eclipse’s Ruby Development Tools Project).
Python support. You can develop applications in Python using the PyDev plugin.
