Bagas31: AMD Radeon Relive is a program for capturing, broadcasting and sharing video and screenshots from games developed by AMD. It makes it easy to set up and use these features with minimal impact on performance, measured in frames per second (FPS). It supports DirectX® 9, 10, 11, 12 and Vulkan® APIs and is compatible with AMD Radeon™ GCN and Polaris graphics cards.
