Bagas31: Origin is an app for your PC or Mac that lets you download, manage, and play your Electronic Arts games from anywhere. With Origin, you can access a huge library of games across genres and styles, as well as exclusive offers and discounts. Origin also gives you the ability to connect with friends and other players, and sync your progress and achievements to the cloud.
Here is a brief description of the main functions of the application:
- Loading. To download Origin, go to the download page on origin.com and select the version for your operating system: Windows or Mac. Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements for Origin. For Windows, this is a 64-bit system with Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11, and for Mac, this is macOS 10.12 or later. Launch the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions to install the app.

- Installation. Once the app is installed, launch it and sign in to your EA account, or create a new one if you don’t already have one. You can use the same EA Account that you use to play on other platforms or services. - Update. To ensure you always have access to the latest features and bug fixes, we recommend updating your Origin app regularly. You can set the application to update automatically in the settings or check for updates manually through the Help menu. Also, don’t forget to update your games to get new content and improvements.
- Download and play games. To download and play EA games, go to the Origin Store on origin.com or in the app and select the game you’re interested in. You can buy the game or get it for free if you subscribe to EA Play or EA Play Pro. Once purchased or subscribed, the game will appear in your game library in the Origin app. To start downloading a game, click on its icon and select “Download”. Once the download is complete, you can launch the game from your library or from a desktop shortcut.
- Communication and community. Origin allows you to connect with friends and other players through chat, voice calls, and video calls. You can add friends by their EA username or email, and join interest groups.
