Bagas31: Form Pilot Office is a program for creating and filling out various paper and electronic forms and questionnaires on a computer. You can scan paper forms or import electronic forms of any type (PDF, DOC, XLS, TXT, etc.) using the Form Pilot virtual printer.
You can fill out forms using different fonts, colors, insert images, check boxes, erase unnecessary text, etc. You can save completed forms to your hard drive or USB drive, print them, or send them by email. Here are some features of this program:
Create forms for your clients and partners to fill out. You can create .CFP documents with custom fields to fill out in the free Filler Pilot program. You can send the prepared forms by mail or publish them on your website, along with a link to download Filler Pilot. Your clients and partners can fill out forms in Filler Pilot and send them back to you in PDF or .CFP formats. You can maintain a database from the information received.

Filling out paper forms on the computer. If you have a scanner connected to your computer, you can scan the form directly from the program, get an image of the form on the screen, and fill it out by simply typing the text where you need it. If you don’t have a scanner, you can bring a scanned image of the form from another computer. You can use pre-made forms (only the text will be printed) or blank paper to create a completed form.
Filling out electronic forms of any type. Form Pilot Office also allows you to fill out electronic forms of any type (DOC, TXT, XLS, PDF, etc.) using the Form Pilot virtual printer. You can use the same tools to fill out forms as you do with paper forms.
Using a database to fill out identical forms. If you frequently fill out the same forms with different information, you can use database tools to automatically populate fields from your database. You can also export (and import) data from Form Pilot Office documents into your external database.
The program does not require installation, simply download and run the self-extracting .exe file and the installer will guide you through the rest of the installation.
