The program has a classic synthesizer structure consisting of two oscillators, a switchable two/four-pole low-pass filter, two ADSR envelope generators and two LFOs, all carefully modeled after the hardware. A comprehensive modulation matrix, two step controls for creating rhythmic sequences and a high-quality effects chain greatly expand the instrument’s capabilities. Two single- and dual-voice modes with Single/Dual/Split support provide plenty of extra space for experienced sound designers.
The program has a simple and convenient interface in Russian & English. The program runs on Windows 10 / 8 / 7 / Vista / XP / 2019 / 2016 / 2012 / 2008 / 2003 / 2000. The program has minimum system requirements: 2 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, 1 GB free disk space.
To use the program, you need to launch it and select a preset from the library or create your own sound from scratch. Then you need to adjust the oscillators, filter, amp, envelopes and LFO parameters to achieve the desired tone and character of the sound. Then you need to select a mode for working with one or two voices and set the Single/Dual/Split modes to split the Keyboard or add voices.
The program allows you to control many sound parameters for each voice separately, which creates the organic and lively sound that vintage analog polyphonic synthesizers are known for. For example, turning the filter cutoff control to the left will make the filter cutoff frequency for that particular voice lower than average, and turning it to the right will make it higher than average. You can also configure additional parameters, such as oscillator and filter scaling, that are present on real hardware voice boards.
The program allows you to apply various effects to the sound, such as reverb, delay, chorus/ensemble and equalizer. The effects are high quality and add depth and space to the sound. The program also allows you to modulate various audio parameters using a modulation matrix, which has 12 slots and supports various modulation sources and sinks. The program also allows you to create rhythmic modulations using LFO Steps, which allow you to draw arbitrary LFO shapes.
